1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Open worldwide except where local laws or restrictions prohibit participation.
• Employees, contractors, or agents directly involved in the management of The Ops Con, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

• Opens 31 October 2025 and closes 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2025.
• Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must join The Ops Con community via one of the following routes during the Promotion Period:

• Memberships must remain active on 30 November 2025 to qualify.
• One entrant per individual; duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
• No other form of entry will be accepted.

5. Prize Details

• Total prize pool value: £1,000, consisting of:
  • £500 Amazon voucher
  • £250 training credit (redeemable through an approved Ops Con partner)
  • £250 Ops Con Store voucher
• One (1) winner will receive all items in the bundle.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• If a listed prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Promoter's discretion.

International Entrants and Prize Currency

The Giveaway is open to eligible participants worldwide. For winners located outside the United Kingdom, the Promoter will provide the prize in an equivalent value denominated in the winner's local currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of issue. Where a specific voucher (e.g. Amazon gift card) is unavailable or inapplicable in the winner's country of residence, an alternative of equal value (such as a region-specific digital voucher, training credit, or equivalent payment method) will be provided. No entrant will be disadvantaged due to their country of residence, and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the prize is fully usable in the winner's region.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 3 December 2025 using a verifiable random-selection method.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their subscription or newsletter sign-up within five (5) days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• With the winner's consent, their first name, country, and/or organisation may be announced on The Ops Con's website and social media.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.
• Decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure or other reasons beyond its control.
• 10% of all membership revenue generated during this period will be donated to the Afghanistan Veterans Community (AVC) charity.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied for this promotion will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the draw and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for fulfilment of the prize.
• Where necessary to fulfil prizes internationally, limited personal information (e.g. name, email, and region) may be shared securely with third-party vendors such as Amazon or equivalent regional suppliers for the purpose of delivering an equivalent local prize.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
