These terms govern the use of The Ops Con services, including membership, training programmes, and website access. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Monthly Membership: £9.99 per month, billed monthly. Academy eligibility after 12 continuous months.

Annual Membership: £99.99 per year, billed annually. Immediate Academy eligibility.

Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.

Connecting operator members with hiring partners is a core purpose of the The Ops Con service. Approved partners can search and browse operator member profiles to find people for work. This discoverability is on by default for operator accounts and is identical for free and paid members, so a member's plan never affects their visibility.

Partners see professional profile information only by default: your first name and last initial, photo, headline, background summary, specialisms, regions, languages, years of experience, availability, service background, showcase photos and the town or city you are based in. Your full name, contact details, CV and documents remain private and are shared with a partner only after you approve their request or apply to one of their roles.

You can turn discoverability off at any time under My Account, Partner Discovery. When it is off you are removed from partner search and browse immediately. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what is shared.

Training programme terms:

• Programmes delivered by third-party partners
• Subject to partner terms and conditions
• Member discounts apply where stated
• Academy funding eligibility as per membership tier

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable consumer laws.

The Ops Con provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

The The Ops Con Intelligence section (briefings, articles and podcasts) is compiled from open-source reporting and provided for situational awareness and professional development only. It does not constitute operational, security, legal, financial or travel advice, and must not be relied upon for any decision.

Content may be incomplete, time-sensitive, or change without notice. You should verify any information independently before acting on it. The Ops Con accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Intelligence content.

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are the property of The Ops Con or our partners. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Any disputes will first attempt resolution through internal procedures. If unsuccessful, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration under English law.
