Partner Discoverability

Helping operator members find work is a core purpose of The Ops Con. Approved Ops Con hiring partners can search and browse operator profiles to find people for roles. This is on by default for operator members so partners can reach you, and it works the same way whether you are on a free or paid plan.

What partners can see by default: your professional profile only. This means your first name and last initial, profile photo, headline, background summary, specialisms, regions, languages, years of experience, availability status, service background, showcase photos, and the town or city you are based in.

What stays private: your full name, email address, phone number, street address, postcode, date of birth, CV and any uploaded documents. These are never shown in partner search or browse. A partner can only see your contact details and CV after you approve their access request, or after you choose to apply to one of their roles.

Your control: you can switch discoverability off at any time under My Account, Partner Discovery. When it is off you are hidden from partner search and browse completely. The change takes effect immediately.
