Overview
The Ops Con is committed to looking after our members and customers. This policy explains how to request a refund or return for store purchases, training bookings, and membership plans.
Physical Store Purchases
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
- Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Accessories must include all original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Digital Products & Memberships
- Membership subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account.
- Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are available once a cycle has begun.
- Annual memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no Academy funding has been drawn down.
- Digital downloads and exclusive member content are non-refundable once accessed.
Training & Events
- Training delivered by founding partners is subject to the partner's own cancellation policy.
- For bookings made through The Ops Con, cancellations more than 30 days before the start date receive a full refund. Between 14 and 29 days, a 50% refund applies.
- No refunds are available within 14 days of the start date, however we will do our best to reschedule you onto a future cohort.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Gather your order number or booking reference and any supporting information.
- Contact our support team via the contact page or email info@theopscon.com.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within two business days and outline the next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please specify the alternative item or size when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same condition checks as refunds.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe your statutory rights have been infringed, please let us know immediately so we can put things right.
