The Adaptable Human Project helps individuals and organisations manage stress and perform effectively under pressure. Their work addresses a growing need seen across the military, veteran community, private security, medical roles, and the wider civilian workforce, where sustained pressure often leads to burnout, absenteeism, and reduced performance. Founded by a husband-and-wife team, the project combines performance psychology coaching with clinical physical therapy expertise. This integrated approach allows them to deliver well-rounded, practical support that considers both mental and physical demands, rather than treating them in isolation. Services include CPD-certified in-house training for organisations, live CPD-certified training for individuals, one-to-one coaching delivered online or in person at their clinic near Exeter, and CPD-certified online training designed to be completed flexibly in the individual’s own time. All services are rooted in real-world experience and focused on building sustainable performance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing under pressure.

This partnership gives The Ops Con community access to trusted, experience-led performance and wellbeing support. Members benefit from practical training, coaching, and resources that address both mental and physical demands of high-pressure roles.
