Comprehensive training covering all essential competencies
Workplace First Aider Responsibilities
Understanding your role, legal obligations, and when to call emergency services. Learn how to assess an incident scene safely and prioritize casualty care.
Adult CPR & Defibrillator Operation
Hands-on practice with CPR techniques and automated external defibrillators (AED). Build confidence to act decisively in cardiac arrest situations.
Unconscious Casualty Management
Recovery position, airway management, and monitoring techniques. Learn to recognize and respond to life-threatening breathing problems.
Choking Response
Back blows, abdominal thrusts, and when to escalate. Practice techniques for conscious and unconscious choking casualties.
Hemorrhage Control
Direct pressure, elevation, and bandaging techniques for severe bleeding. Recognize and manage different types of wounds effectively.
Shock Recognition & Treatment
Identify early signs of shock and provide appropriate care. Understand when shock becomes life-threatening and how to prevent deterioration.
