The Dara Edition

The Dara is a premium Irish whiskey with a 5-year double wood maturation. A blend of Single Malt and Single Grain, it’s aged four years in bourbon casks and finished for one year in Virgin Oak. The Dara offers a golden colour, citrus on the nose, and a smooth balance of spice, mocha, and fruit. Proudly crafted in County Down.

Dara Knot - In Honour of the Oak

Drawn from Celtic tradition, the Dara Knot takes its name from doire, the Gaelic word for oak, a tree long associated with strength and silent endurance. Its unbroken lines speak of resilience, shaped not on the surface, but in the quiet strength of roots below.
