About This Course

AEC Protection's Level 3 Close Protection Course is a comprehensive, intensive programme delivered by highly experienced instructors drawn from the Royal Military Police Close Protection Unit (RMP CPU) and UK Home Office police forces. A mandatory requirement to obtain the SIA Close Protection Licence. As of April 2022 the full course runs to 18 days to include the SIA's additional Door Supervisor and Physical Intervention modules. Every learner is guaranteed an interview with the AEC Group on completion.
