About This Course
Suitable for anyone aged 14+ who might need to provide first aid at work. This one-day qualification meets the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the equivalent Northern Ireland regulations. Delivered as a single 6-hour classroom session (09:00–16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break) with no pre-course e-learning requirement. Each learner receives a complimentary training pack.

Managing an unconscious casualty (breathing and non-breathing)
