"I recently attended the one-day Level 3 First Aid course and wanted to pass on some positive feedback. The course was excellent, and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He delivered the fundamentals clearly, confidently, and in a way that made the content engaging and easy to understand. It was evident he had both strong subject matter expertise and real-world experience, which added a lot of value to the day. Thank you for a well-run and highly informative course."
"I can honestly say this was the best First aid course i've ever been on, including that what I had learnt previously in the Metropolitan police and actually left me with a desire for wanting to expand my medical knowledge even more. Lee was exceptional in demonstrating his knowledge of the field with relevant real life experience. The information and course material was outlined, clearly, concisely at a good pace. Not one question was left unanswered and i'm sure if there was one, he'd find the answer. The facilities felt premium. They were clean, quiet, comfortable with an array of services in and around Battersea power station. Getting there wasn't challenging at all. All in all, a real pleasure to learn from a true professional who is backed by Alice and Fraser, the founders of the Ops Con. I was told this was in part to give back to the community and it truly felt that way. From now on i will only recommend the Ops Con to anyone who needs to refresh or learn a new skill and it's a pleasure to be one of early people to have experienced it. A big thank you to Fraser, Lee and Alice and the rest of the team for making the experience enjoyable, informative."
"Thank you again for the Emergency First Aid at Work course on Monday. I’m very satisfied with the training – it was clear, practical and well delivered, and I feel much more confident in the key procedures. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional and supportive throughout the day, which made the session really enjoyable. The session was the best First Aid training I have attempted so far. I’m looking forward to receiving my certificate and working with you again in the future."
