Climb With Us

Are you an Ops Con member who wants to take on the challenge alongside the team? Sign up below and we'll be in touch with details. You'll be added to the team list and join us on the mountains.

Be honest with yourself

This isn't a stroll — it's ~24 miles of walking and over 3,400 m of ascent across three mountains in 24 hours, including long drives between peaks. Two of the summits will be in the dark.

You should be in solid hill-walking condition with prior multi-hour mountain experience, and prepared to invest in training and proper kit (boots, layers, waterproofs, headtorch) before August. Weather on Ben Nevis can be brutal even in summer.

We'll send full kit lists and training guidance after you register. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, get in touch first — better to ask than show up under-prepared.

A clear head-and-shoulders photo so we can add you to the team list on this page. JPEG, PNG or WebP, under 5MB.

Open to active Ops Con members. We'll review and confirm your spot on the team.

More Than Endurance

This challenge is about more than physical endurance. It is a commitment to step forward, to take on something bigger than ourselves, and to do it together as a community.

At The Ops Con, everything we do is rooted in community. By the Community. For the Community. This challenge reflects that ethos, bringing people together to create meaningful impact and to support those who need it most.

Supporting the Afghanistan Veterans Community

Every penny raised goes directly to the Afghanistan Veterans Community — an organisation that continues to provide vital support, connection, and a sense of belonging for those who have served.

We are asking you to stand with us. Every donation, no matter the size, directly contributes to supporting the Afghanistan Veterans Community and the individuals within it.

Support the Journey

Back the team. Be part of something that matters.

By the Community. For the Community.
