Q2 focused on continuing to strengthen The Ops Con platform through measurable growth, expanded reach, new partnerships, and direct community support. Across training, employment pathways, platform engagement, and community initiatives, the focus remained the same: creating practical value and meaningful opportunities for our Armed Forces and Blue Light community.

Platform & Community Reach

  • 6.5k Active website users

  • 54k Platform interactions recorded

  • 150 Countries reached globally

  • 145k+ People reached across digital platforms

Employment & Career Support

  • 26 Jobs posted through the platform

  • 7 Professional CVs written for members internationally

The Ops Con continued supporting members through career guidance, professional development, employability support, and direct opportunity pathways throughout the quarter.

Training & Development

  • 32 Course bookings completed across The Ops Con Academy and partner training programmes

  • 12 Funding applications granted

  • 4 New training programmes added during Q2

  • 10 Training partners delivering courses globally

  • 1 New awarding body recognisedThe continued expansion of The Ops Con Academy remains focused on increasing access to accredited development pathways, professional capability, and long-term career support for members across the community.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • 8 New partnerships for The Ops Con network

These partnerships continue expanding access to training, operational capability, Veteran and Blue Light owned products, industry expertise, professional opportunities, and trusted community support.

Community Commerce

  • 19 Store purchases completed

The Ops Con Store continued supporting Veteran and Blue Light owned businesses throughout Q2 while strengthening collaboration across the wider community ecosystem.

Community Contribution

Ā£500 Donated to the Afghanistan Veteran Community (AVC)

The Ops Con remains committed to reinvesting directly back into the community through member support initiatives, training accessibility, and ongoing charitable contribution.
