About This Course
Designed and delivered by James Elliott, MSc of Mindfield International James Elliott is a British Army Airborne Forces veteran with 13 years of operational experience, where he developed and delivered mental resilience training within the Armed Forces. Since leaving service, he has continued to specialise in psychological performance, becoming an accredited counsellor, resilience coach, and best-selling author of Think Yourself Resilient. His work combines lived operational experience with academic depth, including a degree in Psychology and an MSc in War and Psychiatry. James is the founder of Mindfield International and focuses on helping individuals operate effectively under pressure, manage trauma exposure, and maintain clarity in high-risk environments. He has designed this course specifically for The Ops Con community, ensuring it is relevant, practical, and built for real-world application. His approach is practical, experience-led, and built for those who operate where performance matters most. This course focuses on enhancing operational capability through psychological resilience training, built for those operating in high-pressure roles, complex environments, and situations where there is no margin for error.
